Fees:

$100 per 50 minute session for individuals or couples.

The fee is to be paid in full by cash or check at each appointment unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance.

I have some lower fee, sliding slots available but these are limited and based on need.

Benefits Coverage:

I am recognized by some (but not all) insurance providers. Please check with your plan to see if they reimburse for an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Oregon. I can provide you with a monthly receipt of services to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your company may or may not pay for services. It is up to your to verify your coverage and if you have a deductible.
